Careers in a diverse range of industries are possible through studying design. From hand illustrations and typography, computer generated two and three-dimensional work, textiles, fashion, interior architecture and photography, produce a body of professional folio of work for entrance into further study or employment.

Design is a major contributor to the national economy and employment opportunities are constantly changing. New industry and employment trends cover sustainability, new forms of digital communication and publishing.

The College consults with industry and government reference groups to keep abreast of changes and necessary employment skills. Facilities include fully equipped computer labs, drawing studio, photography studio and mixed media workshop spaces.
